The nearly 70 employees of &Samhoud embody the core values intensity, authenticity and friendship. We strive after genuine, intensive and long-lasting relationships with customers and each other. We always work in teams because we believe in connecting people and the added value it provides. And we work with the customer, not for the customer. We are unique in combining the ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ side of operational management. We strive after a free mind for every individual, so he/she can choose with energy what is best for them. At the same time we appeal to everyone’s responsibility. Responsibility goes hand in hand with a free mind.

Employee satisfaction of 8,2

&Samhoud investigates regularly their own employee satisfaction. Not only because it is an important part of our philosophy but also because it gives insight into how we can improve the overall satisfaction with each other. We have a feedback culture and thrive on positive energy. In September 2007, at the last survey, &Samhoud scored a 8,2 out of 10 on the employee satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction: 85% recommends &Samhoud to others

Next to employee satisfaction customer satisfaction is an important indicator to see how we are doing. We often receive a 9 out of 10 and in 2007 we received a 10 out of 10 three times! We have extremely satisfied customers. Our net promoter score, this is the degree to which customers recommend us to others, is 85%.

Personal development

Important part of working with &Samhoud is your personal development. We believe that next to knowledge it is important to develop your conscience, responsibility and self confidence to be able to help customers better.

Every consultant chooses an area of expertise to develop further. Next to this every new employee is coached by colleagues and managers and takes part in an MBTI training. MBTI gives insight into personal preferences and team roles. We often use MBTI with customers and many of our consultants are certified MBTI trainers.

Personal contract

Everyone at &Samhoud makes up a personal contract. You discuss with your manager and write down your aims for the coming year and which breakthroughs you are going to realise. At the end of the year there is an evaluation of the aims and whether or not you have achieved them.
