We feel personally involved with our customers. We strive towards equality in this relationship. A change project, a vision creation process, a learning cycle, you name it: they are always joint efforts. If we would be hired solely to do our trick we fear the results will not last. In that case we would be cosmetic surgery.
Our need for partnership is shown also in our logo and name. Our name, &Samhoud, is a promise. We put our customer names in front of the & and this shows our connection, it shows cooperation. If we reach that level with our clients, we are right where we want to be: where we can give each other feedback. Doing what you promise; this will in the end lead to realising breakthroughs.
We sometimes arrange a football match, the customer against us. Or we organise an interactive debate, generating new ideas and content for the customer as well as us.
