&Samhoud is an ordinary extraordinary consultancy firm. It was founded nearly twenty years ago. Our higher aim is to realise breakthroughs by inspiring and connecting people. Now &Samhoud is well known for its unique business knowledge and our unconventional approach in fundamental change processes.

Where most consultancy firms focus on structure, systems and processes, &Samhoud distinguishes itself by an extraordinary focus on the human side of business. If an organisation treats its people very well, they will take good care of the customers. And then these customers will ensure good financial results for the company. This philosophy is translated into a unique approach towards cultural change, where an inspiring way of working is matched with a disciplined execution and organised management. &Samhoud is able to manage large change projects such as mergers and privatization. Next to this &Samhoud offers online tools to measure employee- and customer satisfaction, 360 degree evaluation and MBTI training. A number of &Samhoud consultants are certified MBTI trainers.

The &Samhoud philosophy is based on the Value Profit Chain as was developed at Harvard University. We have adjusted the Value Profit Chain to the specific demands of the Dutch market.
The Value Profit Chain describes that if you are good to your employees, they will be good to your customers and these customers will ensure a healthy financial result for your company.

Our approach: the other way of consulting

&Samhoud has developed a different way of consulting. We are not the distant consultants, but offer practical and usable advice. We are not afraid to get dirty hands and feel just as responsible in implementing the advice. We do not accept any arbitrary customer, but decide whether we can be of help after intensive conversations with the potential customer
