CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Next to a salary in conformity to the market and a great working atmosphere &Samhoud offers excellent conditions of employment:

  • The insurance for WIA, WIA Excedent and ANW is paid for by &Samdhoud. In addition 7.5 % of the pension is paid for.
  • Employees have a yearly choice for "levensloop" (course of life arrangement) or "spaarloon" (save as you earn deduction).
  • The holiday bonus is 8.33% instead of the usual 8% of the annual income. 
  • Employees receive an OV card (public transport card) worth about EUR 3.000 a year.

&Samhoud is very keen on extra(ordinary) conditions of employment: 

  • &Samhoud prepares a daily fresh and healthy lunch for only a small charge. 
  • In addition coffee, tea, fruit juice, soft drinks and plenty of fruit are always available. And of course the occasional extras.  
  • Working from home is always possible; all employees have a laptop and mobile phone. The costs for your personal ADSL connection are reimbursed. 
  • All our employees receive an annual fit-test performed by Allosta. In this test the health and energy level of the employee is measured.
  • We also offer the possibility of paid or unpaid leave of absence and we follow a learning programme.

Our colleagues are encouraged to give 5% of their working time to Vision21 projects. Employees who do voluntary work in their private time are facilitated by &Samhoud.
