Strategy
Strategy
Whereas vision is often about inspiration, strategy is more about transpiration. Strategy is fantastic; it gives your organization a grip. It is the most valuable tool with which to realize your organization’s vision or your personal vision. A strategy describes the way in which an organization wants to achieve its objectives and the way in which an organization creates lasting value for its stakeholders. In other words:
- Which objectives does an organization want to achieve (and which it does not)
- With which tools (and with which it does not)
- In which ways (and in which ways not)
&samhoud always visualizes strategies using a strategy map. It provides a complete and logical at-a-glance overview of the linkages between the financial perspective, the customer perspective, the process perspective, the employee perspective and the cultural perspective. In addition, a strategy map forces you to be succinct in your descriptions. So be precise in your choices and in your formulation.

Business model
What exactly is the value you add to your customer, your proposition? And who exactly is that customer? And much more importantly, who is not your customer? How do you reach your customer? How will you ensure that your customer is satisfied? Will you deliver what you promised, or will you even exceed expectations? Is your operational structure arranged in such a way that you can add optimal value?
Your business model is an integrated model with four elements that all interlock: offer, target group and market, delivery strategy and operational strategy. We use this model because it is totally focused on adding value and because it leads to a huge dynamic and a cutting edge when making choices.
