- An aging population and labour shortage threaten a balanced inflow, through flow and outflow of employees with the right knowledge and skills
In short, the government feels pressure from several sides: citizens have become more outspoken, the media are on top of everything, politics sets every higher demands and the future influx of new employees is under pressure.

That means achieving cost savings in combination with results that need to be accomplished.
