Within our integrated change projects &Samhoud offers a number of measuring instruments to evaluate, improve or simplify several parts of operational management of organisations. These Tools can also be used on their own. The questionnaires are never standard, because we make them together with our customer.

Our Tools fill a large database of experience of organisations that have used an &Samhoud survey. The data can be seen in a broader perspective when benchmarked within for example markets. Our
Tools colleagues help in using the tools at their maximum and adjusting them to meet the needs of the customer.

&Samhoud offers organisations the following instruments:

Employee satisfaction survey (ESS)

  • Employee satisfaction survey shows an organisation where the bottleneck lies in view of the employee satisfaction. It enables the early recognition of problems at an early stage. An ESS also gives insight into the development and deviations compared to the national average.

Customer satisfaction survey (CSS)

  • Customer satisfaction survey gives an organisation a unique insight into the satisfaction of customers on products, service, price, quality, reliability and more indicators of customer satisfaction. A CSS helps to discover bottlenecks in the service towards customers and helps with an active solution.

360 degrees feedback

  • 360 degrees feedback offers organisations the possibility to have employees be assessed by managers, colleagues and subordinates. But also customers and suppliers can be invited to give their feedback. This makes for a complete picture of the capacities and development of every employee.

Experience monitor

  • An experience monitor shows in change- and vision projects whether and how much changes are lived on the work floor. This makes the experience monitor an easy instrument to prevent large projects from failure by signalling problems in an early stage.

MBTI

  • MBTI is a personality index that gives insight into attitude, behaviour and preferences of individuals. This instrument is the starting point in leadership development and team building. This internationally recognised instrument is applied on a worldwide scale.
