How we give AI a sustainable place in our organisation

Amir Goldberg, professor at Stanford Graduate School of Business, visited us and wrote a case study about our unique approach to AI adoption. Not because we have the most technology, but because we approach AI as an instrument that enhances people, not replaces them.

From experiment to strategy and back.
Stanford describes how we’ve structurally and sustainably embedded our AI approach in our organisation. We developed a structured AI strategy with three horizons:

  • Optimising internal processes with AI
  • Advising clients on AI adoption and change management
  • Exploring disruptive ideas and potential start-ups from our AI work
“I’m really the optimistic guy who thinks AI will change the world for the better, but I know it will also change it for the worse. My role is to change it for the better.”
Salem Samhoud
Founder

With a dedicated AI team, consisting of specialists and an internal AI strategist, we ensure continuous experimentation, learning and training of our people. We developed tools such as our AI Bias Checker and Interview Analyzer not only to support our consultants, but to drive AI adoption throughout the entire organisation. It’s a process that requires constant attention in this rapidly evolving world.

“I’m really the optimistic guy who thinks AI will change the world for the better, but I know it will also change it for the worse. My role is to change it for the better.” This is what Salem Samhoud emphasises in the case study. And that’s exactly how we see it. We don’t view AI as a replacement, but as an amplification of our human capabilities. People remain at the heart of everything we do.
